Jalen Hurts to Miss White House Visit due to Scheduling Conflicts

The Philadelphia Eagles are expected to be present Monday afternoon in the nation’s capital to commemorate that Super Bowl LIX win; but there is one person we can expect not to be there, Jalen Hurts.
The Eagles quarterback was seen mute when asked on the Red Carpet was he visiting the White House with the team.
After being asked the question, Jalen remained silent, and the reporter responded, “Got it. Thank you so much.” As previously reported, last month, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the Philadelphia Eagles would be attending the White House to celebrate their win.
In 2018, after the Eagles won Super Bowl LII, they did not go to the White House, primarily in response to the lingering hostilities between President Trump and the NFL over the national anthem.
