Browns Share Photos Of Projected 176-Acre ‘Entertainment District’ In Brook Park
The Cleveland Browns have shared new renderings of its planned 176-acre ‘entertainment district’ in Brook Park. The team also announced Lincoln Property Company, a Dallas-based global real estate firm, as their partner in the new development.
The new Browns stadium is expected to seat 67,000 people and will also serve as a venue for large concerts, sporting events, and more.
From FOX 8:
The 176-acre mixed-use entertainment district, designed by architecture firm HKS, would be developed over several phases to ultimately include retail areas, hotels, apartments, and office space. Phase one of the development is aimed to be completed, along with the proposed stadium, in 2029.
David Binswanger, Co-CEO of Lincoln, said, “The most important component of any successful mixed-use project is the anchor. The new enclosed stadium will bring year-round events to the surrounding district, activating this region in a way that has never been feasible before.”
The new domed stadium for the Cleveland Browns is expected to open in 2029.
