Cleveland T-Shirt Company Creates “Billy Vegas” Design in Honor of Johnny Manziel

CLEVELAND– A Cleveland-based company has released a new T-shirt featuring Johnny Manziel’s alter ego.
Freshed Brewed Tees, which previously sold a “Johnny Football” shirt, came out with a new design on Tuesday. The “Billy Vegas” T-shirt shows a yellow-hair man in a No. 2 Browns jersey making the money sign with his fingers.
