Memorial on Imperial Avenue Set for Groundbreaking Event
CLEVELAND – The groundbreaking for the Imperial Memorial, the former site of serial killer Anthony Sowell’s home, has been set.
The event will be Oct. 29, 2014, said spokesperson Rev. Jimmy Gates.
