Michael Vick Is In Comedy Business, Stops In Shreveport For First Gig

Michael Vick is widely known around the world as one of the best NFL players the league has ever seen.

After a tumultuous football injury last season and the controversial time he spent in prison in 2007 over dog fighting, the Virginia native is looking forward to a fresh start with a new football team (he signed with the New York Jets earlier this year) and even newer business opportunities.

He talks to the TJMS about his newest venture as a comedy promoter and if he’s worried about the comedians cracking jokes on him.

“I hope they come to the show with a different set of jokes instead of coming at me, but everyone is open game,” Vick said.
